Day 3: Rest

ZOE gave us a day off to rest and do some tourist-y things. Our group decided to take a cooking class together. The class walked us through an open market, and explained different key ingredients used in Thai cooking. They then took us to their facility, which was a farm outside of the city which had a bunch of cooking stations. They walked us through various vegetables, fruits, and herbs in their farm and then instructed us in cooking. We made tom kha soup, green curry, chicken cashew stir fry, egg rolls, and mango sticky rice.  After 7 hours of learning, cooking, and eating… we spent some time at a mall, and most of our team got Thai massages at a place that one of the ZOE staff members recommended. Overall, was a really chill day, and good time for the team to bond. Glad we had a day to relax a bit! Got to actually take some pictures too!
